As a first-time user of this service, I was apprehensive about the process. However, the instructions provided after purchase are really informative, with screenshots to assist. I was able to successfully install and run the game. I would like to make one suggestion to help the process along even smoothly:
Step 3 - Copy the SteamOffline.exe files and the config, userdata folders [from the "Download files for activation" link given on the purchase page] to the root of the Steam Offline folder.
Other than that, really great service and overall experience. Will be using this service again in the future! Thank you.
